Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what FlipperPro collects, how the information is used, when it may be disclosed, and the privacy responsibilities that apply when users rely on property, owner, lead, billing, AI, and investment workflow data.

  • FlipperPro collects account, billing, property, lead, deal, usage, and support information needed to operate the Service.
  • Property records, owner data, comps, maps, AI outputs, and market data may come from third-party providers and public sources.
  • We use personal information to run the product, process subscriptions, secure accounts, support users, improve features, and comply with law.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not permit regulated screening uses such as tenant, credit, employment, insurance, or lending eligibility decisions.
01

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how FlipperPro collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, start a trial, purchase a subscription, use our real estate investment tools, contact support, or interact with related services.

This Policy applies to information handled by FlipperPro. Third-party websites, data providers, payment processors, authentication providers, and integrations may have their own privacy policies and practices.

02

Information You Provide

We may collect information you submit directly, including name, email address, password or authentication information, company or team details, billing contact information, support requests, feedback, profile settings, and communication preferences.

When you use the Service, you may also provide property addresses, lead details, owner notes, offer information, project budgets, rehab assumptions, documents, photos, task data, deal comments, and other real estate workflow content.

03

Information Collected Automatically

We may collect device, browser, log, session, referral, page, feature, error, diagnostic, approximate location, and usage information when you use the website or application.

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, measure feature usage, prevent abuse, and improve performance.

04

Property, Owner, Market, and Third-Party Data

FlipperPro may receive or display property, ownership, comparable sale, listing, rental, valuation, map, geocoding, census, flood, neighborhood, market, and similar real estate data from public records, third-party data providers, user submissions, and integrated services.

This information may include property owner names, mailing addresses, parcel identifiers, property characteristics, transaction history, valuation estimates, market estimates, map coordinates, and related public or commercially available information.

Third-party data can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or subject to separate provider restrictions. You are responsible for verifying data before using it for outreach, underwriting, offers, financing, leasing, resale, or any other real estate activity.

05

Billing and Payment Information

Paid plans, trials, checkout, payment methods, invoices, tax calculations, subscription status, cancellation, and customer portal features may be handled by a payment processor such as Stripe.

FlipperPro does not need to store full payment card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies, and they may share limited billing, subscription, fraud, dispute, and transaction information with us.

06

We use information to provide, personalize, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

  • Create and manage accounts, teams, roles, trials, subscriptions, and billing settings.
  • Save leads, properties, comps, offers, documents, photos, rehab budgets, project data, and workflow history.
  • Generate calculations, reports, AI-assisted analysis, valuation context, rehab estimates, and market summaries.
  • Process payments, enforce plan limits, provide support, send service notices, and respond to requests.
  • Monitor reliability, debug errors, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, protect rights, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve existing features, develop new features, measure product usage, and understand customer needs.
07

AI and Automated Features

Some FlipperPro features may use automated calculations, rules, retrieval, or artificial intelligence providers to help generate analysis, summaries, estimates, scores, risk notes, or recommendations.

Inputs you submit, saved deal data, public property information, and generated outputs may be processed by our service providers to deliver those features. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card data, health information, government identification numbers, or confidential third-party information unless the Service expressly supports that use and you have lawful authority.

AI and automated outputs are informational estimates and may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

08

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information when needed to operate the Service, support users, protect the business, or comply with law.

  • Service providers that host, store, authenticate, secure, analyze, email, process payments, process AI requests, deliver support, or operate infrastructure for the Service.
  • Third-party property, map, valuation, listing, market, analytics, and enrichment providers needed to return requested data or features.
  • Team members, account owners, administrators, or invited collaborators according to the roles and permissions in your workspace.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, attorneys, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.
09

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws.

If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notices, rights, or opt-out controls.

10

No Regulated Screening Uses

FlipperPro is built for real estate investment operations, underwriting, lead management, and project workflows. It is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports.

You may not use the Service, property data, owner data, lead data, reports, AI outputs, or other information to determine eligibility for credit, housing, tenant screening, employment, insurance, lending, licensing, benefits, or any other regulated screening purpose.

13

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve products, prevent abuse, and protect rights.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, account status, billing obligations, legal requirements, backup cycles, and operational needs. Deleted content may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before being overwritten or removed.

14

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet, cloud, email, storage, authentication, or payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting account credentials, limiting team access, reviewing permissions, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
